Subscription-Option customer may switch to Classic or Down-Payment Subscription option pricing at any time after first month.

2Subscription Option: Quarterly advance payment by credit card is required for operation of the software. No long-term commitment required — cancel any time. Free transfer to Artsystem5 Studio cloud-based system for same monthly fee, if desired (when available). (Separate databases for multiple artists will require discounted multiple accounts with Artsystem5.) Subscription Option customer may switch to Classic Option pricing at any time after first month, with credit for setup fee but no credit for subscription fees paid.

Artsystems Private Cloud is a multi-user online solution. This is different technology than our CloudSync Remote solution and requires continuous Internet access for use. Artsystems-hosted cloud includes Microsoft Word and integrates local desktop directories for simple and direct transfer of files to cloud virtual desktop. Self Hosting requires online local Windows computer for host. Pro and StudioPro software licenses are additional.
Please note: very large databases may require an upgrade from our standard 4 GB RAM Cloud Hosting service ($150/mo.) to 8 GB RAM ($300/mo.) or more. Cancel at any time with no obligation. Customer data is removed from Cloud upon cancellation of service. Standard migration fee must be repaid to restart canceled service.

The ProFile app is free. Data hosting and content management system training and support require a subscription, which is free for A5 database subscribers (upon Direct Load feature release). No term commitment required. First month Subscription fee due at signing. A fee is applied to lapsed ProFile hosting subscriptions to be restarted. This restart fee is the lesser of three months of fees or the lapsed months’ fees.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, business or personal checks on US banks, and bank wires are accepted ($1,000 minimum for wires). Competitive upgrade pricing and terms are available for some products.
Unlike with competing packages, no continuing financial commitment beyond the original purchase is required to utilize Artsystems software.
Purchases include free initial training and setup consultation, a searchable comprehensive electronic user guide (for Pro and StudioPro), and free incremental updates within the purchased version (not version upgrades unless so designated). Additional training is available via online video tutorials or may be scheduled privately online for an additional fee.
Each computer running Artsystems software, whether installed on that computer or run via a virtual desktop on a remote server, must be licensed, although a license for the database file server is not required. Please contact Artsystems Sales if you wish to see the Artsystems End-User License Agreement or clarify licensing requirements for a local or remote network.
