Extended support hours and new U.S. holiday availability
In order to serve our rapidly-expanding international customer base better, we have extended support hours to between 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday, New York time — the longest live support availability in the business. Additionally, live Artsystems support is now available on all U.S. holidays, except Christmas and New Years, from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., New York time.
