Artsystems Pro Licensing and Maintenance Pricing

Artsystems Pro 2011 is available via three distinct pricing options, outlined below. They include two subscription-based options, and one traditional one-time license fee option. Current customer upgrade pricing is also outlined here. Each scenario is priced per computer installation or remote login and includes introductory training. Requires Microsoft Word. A. Subscription Options:
Two-year contract required.

• Free standard Data Transfer
• Free introductory Training
• Free access to a library of training videos
• Free Software Maintenance (includes telephone/online screen-sharing technical support with Artsystems experts)
• Free subsequent full-version upgrades (during subscription term)

1. Subscription Option 1
Primary (first) License: $5,000 (one time) / $175/mo.
Each Additional Computer License: $500 (one time) / $25/mo.

2. Subscription Option 2
Primary (first) License: $2,500 (one time) / $275/mo.*
Each Additional Computer License: $500 (one time) / $25/mo.*
*after 2-year contract, customer may switch to Option 1 from Option 2 subscription for a $500 fee

B. Standard Option:
Includes introductory training. Standard Pricing Option does not include free data transfer or free version upgrades. First-year Software Maintenance subscription required. Software Maintenance includes unlimited free telephone and online screen-sharing technical support.** Upgrades from GalleryPro include free data transfer for first database and half-price for re-creation of custom reports. Additional fees may apply for upgrading additional databases.

Each Additional Computer License: $1,000

Primary License Upgrade from GalleryPro: $2,500†
Each Additional License Upgrade: $500

Primary License Software Maintenance: $660/year ($65/mo. plan available)
Additional License Software Maintenance: $260/year ($25/mo. plan available)
