Software Training
Although Artsystems software is easy to learn and use — with a comprehensive and up-to-date electronic user guide, a sample practice database, a familiar standard user-friendly intuitive interface, and experienced live help a phone call or email away, — training is highly recommended to help a user quickly get the most out of the software's capabilities and help make the his/her experience more productive and enjoyable. And preliminary training is free with each new license purchase.
Artsystems offers a variety of introductory, activity-based, and highly focused online training courses (at left) for GalleryPro, Collections, Studio, and Web Manager customers. Our seminars are held live online on the Web via GoToMeeting® — students can see the trainer's desktop live in a Web browser and join the conference with their own computer headset or via telephone.
Artsystems also offers one-to-one or small group onlineprivate training. This can be scheduled on an hourly basis.
