Data Conversion
We can convert almost any existing works, contacts, and transaction data to the Artsystems database format. Give us data already in a digital format — in a database,
spreadsheet, or other application — and we would be happy to save you hours of data entry time by converting
it for you for an additional charge. Please note, an active Software Maintenance subscription is required for current customers. Prospective customers may receive a free estimate. Contact Artsystems Sales for details.
Advanced Report Customization
Each Artsystems software package includes dozens of reports, configured to the industry's best practices, along with those that can be customized by the user within the program via the list view. However, if a critical change in formatting, fields displayed, or types of calculation is desired, or if an entirely different report is needed, we would be happy to modify or create the report for an hourly fee. Please note, an active Software Maintenance subscription is required.
Web Site Customization
The standard Web Manager Web site includes customization of fonts and colors and inclusion of customer-designed logo headers. Additionally, Artsystems' programmers and designers are happy to work with customers and/or their designers to reconfigure the standard Web Manager Web site structure, format, or design to meet customer requirements.
