New Customer Training
GalleryPro Software
New purchasers of GalleryPro are entitled to three free hours of online setup consultation and introductory training as described below.
The first hour is an online and telephone training course via GoToMeeting®. Students can see the trainer's desktop live in a Web browser and conference via computer headset or telephone. This course, focusing on the optimum custom configuration of the automated features of GalleryPro, must be taken by the primary adminstrator of the program and in advance of the 'GalleryPro Introduction' course. The next two hours of GalleryPro training consist of an introductory 'GalleryPro Introduction' session focusing on the execution of the basic features of GalleryPro. GalleryPro customers may register one student for this class (including the primary administrator of the system) for each Primary license as well as each additional license that is purchased at the price of $795 (price as of 7/18/2007). Studio and Collections Software
New purchasers of Studio or Collections software are entitled to a free two-hour online introductory training course. This live course is conducted via GoToMeeting®, as students see the trainer's desktop live in a Web browser and conference via computer headset or telephone. This introduction session focuses on the execution of the basic features of the software. Customers may register one student for for each license purchased after January 1, 2009. Web Manager Software
New purchasers of Web Manager are entitled to 1.5 free hours of online training and setup consultation.
The first hour of Web Manager training consists of an introductory online and telephone training course via GoToMeeting, where the student may view the trainer's Web Manager workspace in a browser. New Web Manager customers may register one student free for this class. Subsequent Web Manager administrators are required to take this class, and to do so, the customer must pre-pay a fee of $75. The course is one hour long. Please see links to course details and schedule at left and Requirements below.
The second free hour is a private online (or at Artsystems' office) consultation session, and will focus on the customer's own specific configuration needs. This should be taken by the primary administrator of the system and after the introductory course. It should be scheduled with the trainer at a later date.
Requirements: Students enrolling in any of our online group courses
must have experience with computers and must be familiar with the
Internet and the Windows environment.
Students must have a broadband (T1, DSL, or
Cable) Internet connection to join these classes. Class tuition
is not refundable unless reservation is cancelled at least seven
days prior to session. Late-cancelled or missed sessions may only be rescheduled for a $25 fee.
