Artsystems 2.8.1 Update Now Available

On March 16, Artsystems released the v2.8.1 update for all software packages, now available for download via the Update Request Form here. We recommend this update for all users.

This update includes: more than a half-dozen new additional standard reports, updated UK mail-label format admin option, improved performance modifications, and other 'nips and tucks'.

New reports include Image with Retail Value, Multiple Image with Retail Value, Sales by Contact, Work List Sorted by Bin Number (available on request), Transaction Detail with Misc. Sales, 7 x 3 Mailing Labels (A4 only) to accommodate strict UK postal formatting, Works with Total Costs, Works with Incurred Costs.

USING AND EDITING DROP-DOWN LISTS

For an efficient and easy way to enter frequently used information, such as Categories, Types, Media, Artists, etc., Artsystems software uses editable drop-down lists.

Keeping drop-down lists free of extraneous data avoids typographical errors and inconsistencies and enhances efficient and accurate data entry. Correcting or changing an entry here corrects all related entries system-wide.
