Best Practice Mini-Courses

Our nine new one-hour highly focused Best Practice Training courses for GalleryPro, Studio, and Collections software provide detailed instructions in a variety of targeted subjects. These classes show the optimum ways to get the benefits of the valuable features of Artsystems software. The courses are listed at left — click for course details.

The courses are held online via GoToMeeting®. Students can see the trainer's desktop live in a Web browser and conference via telephone. Please see the link at left for the current course schedule.

Each one-hour course costs $75 prepaid for the first attendee and $50 for additional simultaneous attendees from each institution.

Note: Transactions I (Financial Flow), Edtions, and Catalogue classes are not appropriate for Artsystems Collections Software customers, as Collections software does not include these features.

*Prerequisite: Students must have had previous Artsystems Software experience or formal training to register for any of the five courses marked by an asterisk at left.

Requirements and Terms:

  • Students must have experience with computers and must be familiar with the Internet and the Windows environment.
  • Students must have a broadband (T1, DSL, or Cable) Internet connection
  • Students may not use speakerphones
  • Payment is due in full and in advance in order to reserve place
  • Class tuition is not refundable unless reservation is cancelled at least seven days prior to session
  • Late-cancelled or missed sessions may only be rescheduled for a $25 fee.
