Exhibition pages are automatically created and filled by Exhibition and Works information in DataKits that include Exhibiton Transactions. Update the Exhibition page form in the Web Manager — or leave it as is. Choose an image to accompany the Exhibition Description page. This information will display along with the Exhibition page on the Web site. The exhibition Press Release will display on a separate linked page.

When all of the entries to the Web module are completed, click the 'Send' button, and the information is sent to the Preview section of the Web site. Here the order of the display of the images on the Exhibition thumbnail pages can be determined and all the updated or newly created Web pages can be reviewed before they are sent to the public site.

When all is as desired, the site can be completely updated with a single click on the word 'Publish'.
