Once a View (query) has been set, the data set that results may be used as a basis for creating reports and labels. At this point only the defined record set is viewable, but the View Set may be temporarily deactivated to see all records (to look something up, for instance), and then re-established — both with a single click. Run a view set with any combination of fields — for another example call up all 'available' 'Paintings' 'priced less than $5,000', with a category of 'Pop'. You can name this query 'Inexpensive Pop Paintings', save it, and get the list of works that meets this criteria at any time — with a single click.

From this or any List View, records can be marked and added to a Worksheet to save as a list of distinct works, or added directly to a Transaction, such as a Shipment, Consignment, or Invoice.
