Details is the default visible tab. This section displays the work's current Location, automatically updated with any recorded movement. Double-click the Location to go directly to its Contacts record (any blue text is always linked to its related record). This section also displays Location Details (Bin Number), Signature data, and provides checkboxes to make the work Inactive, Mark to add to a list or Transaction, or to Reserve the work.

Tag each work with a single Type from your own drop-down list (Painting, Photograph, Sculpture are examples), and with multiple Categories for style, period, subject, etc. Use your Types and Categories to 'group' or 'filter' works along with other criteria in a View Set.
