The List View allows for quick viewing of many records at once. Change sort order based on a variety of fields. Mark items to add to a group email, mail merge, mailing labels, etc. Nearly all of the record's fields show in the List View, which is not limited to the columns shown on the screen — scroll to the right to see more and drag different field columns into the printable view....
