Contacts is flexible. Besides the many standard fields, there are twelve User-Defined fields (create the field names) for phone numbers, email addresses, assistants names, birthdays, or any other contact data to record, track, or on which records can be filtered and grouped.

Contacts provides a Categories table for organizing and grouping contacts. Categories also help in searching for groups of contacts by style interest, mailing type, status, etc. Print out reports such as mailing labels for any or all categories alone or combined with other criteria such as state or postal code range. Contacts can also be grouped by Type or 'Salesperson' (can be used otherwise).
