GalleryPro offers a variety of options for filtering and grouping records. We refer to this process as Setting a View; in other words, viewing a subset of a records based on selected criteria. For instance, view all available art works in a specified location that came from a particular source, or clients within a range of zip codes. In the example above, the selection is available sculptures. Further narrow a Works Module view using Location, Source, Sold To, Co-Owner or 'drill down' by narrowing parameters further still by defining media, a range of measurements, or any other field in the Advanced section.
