No re-entry of information ever necessary

When the work is actually shipped, click the Shipped box. Only then does the system actually update the location of the works in related records. This allows the creation of the records and paper Transaction Documents before the actual transfer of works.

The system's instant updates to Works, Contacts, and Editions, make entering any information more than once unnecessary. In finalizing an Invoice, for example, the Sales Status, Location, and Financials for the work(s) are automatically updated, as is the Statistics area in the Contacts Record.
