When one enters a piece in Works or creates a Transaction, GalleryPro asks to select Sources and locations from a list of Contacts. It will automatically enter the related data, such as Address or standard recorded client Discount. All entries and changes are updated at every applicable level of the program.

Write Correspondence directly from Contacts with Integrated Outlook Email or built-in word processing (or choose Microsoft Word as the integrated word processor). Save letters and emails (and artists' biographies) within Contacts records.
