View Set queries can be created to filter Transaction Records.. For example, one might want to view all consignments made to a specific contact during a rage of dates, or shipments made by a specific shipper. Here it's invoices dated July 2006.

Once a View has been set, the data set that results may be used as a basis for creating specialized reports. As with other modules, one can save and name these View Sets to a drop-down list for quick future access.
