With the Receive Works transaction, one can receive works already in the database, add works to the database 'on the fly', or automatically add new works (after review) sent by another Artsystems GalleryPro, Studio, or Collections user via a DataKit file (including basic work information, images, and information sheets), and save typing the works' information.
