You may automatically convert one type of transaction to another: Loan or Exhibition to Return (as here), for example. You may tag selected works from a Loan and convert to a Return. The remaining works stay on loan. As always, related records are updated automatically.

After creating a Transaction Record, you may automatically print out a Transaction Document, in letter form, with the contact's address, a block description of each work, the dates and terms. Add information or edit the document however you like in word-processing mode. You may also quickly insert a block of "boiler-plate" text from your Glossary of saved selections.
