Collections offers tools for grouping or filtering records by defining parameters for selected fields. We refer to this as creating a query or View Set; in other words, setting a view of a subset of records. In the above example, it's Collectors in New York State. You can name this query 'NYS Collectors', save it, and get the list of works that meets this criteria at any time — with a single click. Narrow the view using Categories, Postal Code ranges  — or drill down further still to select cities or any other contact fields in the Advanced section.
