consolidating information for contacts with multiple addresses
Up to 24 name/address records can be saved within each Primary Contact record, each with all of the fields shown above. This not only allows tracking of multiple addresses for each contact, but also allows for tracking of multiple contacts or departments within a single address institution. For assisting in this use, each secondary address added copies the Primary Contact information by default. In both uses, all transactions and correspondence are consolidated in this single Contact record.
