In 1995 Artsystems released Gallery, a standard Windows version of Artsystems well-established gallery management software and Collections, Artsystems' first Windows software for collections management.

Through its software and services, Artsystems strives to dramatically improve its customers' productivity and help them analyze and utilize their information to best achieve their goals.
Founded in 1989, Artsystems originally created custom data management software solutions for art institutions and galleries and was instrumental in cataloguing the estate of Andy Warhol.
In 1997 Artsystems added its 200th customer and released GalleryPro, an advanced art and antiques management software package for businesses and important collections. That year Artsystems became the world's leading supplier of art and antiques business and collection management software and the top choice of the industry leaders.
In 1998 Artsystems added its 10th staff member, and moved to its Madison Square New York office.
In 1999 Artsystems released Version 2.0 of its business management software and was named by Deloitte and Touche as one of the NY Technology 'Fast 50' fastest growing companies. That year and since, art and antiques businesses and private and corporate collections have chosen Artsystems software more than any other solution.
In 2002 Artsystems released major upgrades for GalleryPro and Collections, and released its Studio™ software for the management of artist studios, estates, and catalogues raisonnés.
In 2003 Artsystems launched the first version of its Web Manager software with integrated custom Web sites, allowing Artsystems software users to self-administer their Web sites, quickly updating and renewing site content using data and images already entered in their GalleryPro or Studio systems, and eliminating the need for a separate Web site administrator or duplicate data entry.
In 2005 Artsystems launched WebManager v2, added its 12th staff member, and its 1,500th active customer — securing its place as the industry-standard art and antiques management software.
As of 2008, Artsystems' 12 staff members averaged over 25 years in the art industry — more than three centuries of total experience!
In 2010 Artsystems added its 2,000th active customer.
In 2011, Artsystems launched it's revolutionary new native-Mac and native-Windows cross-platform software for art and antiques management, Artsystems Pro, with increased automation and a new industrial-strength database — advanced technology for today's global art world.
In 2012, Artsystems launched its new WebManager Integrated Website product, allowing users of any art management or database software integrate their data with their website via an elegant and intuitive online interface. In addition, Artsystems launched Artsystems for iPad, an elegant presentation solution utilizing the same integrated online content management interface. Also, Artsystems launched the Artsystems CloudSync, a revolutionary method of working together across the globe, online and offline, without the disadvantages of a Web-based system.
In 2013 and 2014, Artsystems experienced extraordinary growth due to an accelerated increase in worldwide adoption of its state-of-the-art business and collection management software system, Artsystems Pro, as well as increasingly widespread implementation of its integrated CloudSync, ProFile iPad App, and WebManager Website solutions.
It's been an especially amazing couple of years, and Artsystems is profoundly grateful for the support of its new and loyal longtime customers.
