SALES / ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE
Full-time account representative positions are available in our New York office.
Responsibilities: Sell to and work with the world's leading fine art and antique galleries, artists, and collections: inside and outside sales of our software products and business services in a dynamic environment. Full-time position with full benefits. Salary commensurate with experience plus commission.
Requirements: candidates must be self-directed, love selling, and love helping people. Minimum of 1 year in sales, first-hand fine art or antiques industry experience, and computer skills are all musts.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities: Work with the world's leading fine art and antique galleries, artists, and collections to help them use their Artsystems software successfully. Act as the first point of contact for answering and responding to telephone and email inquiries from customers. Research, define and log calls, identify problem issues and effectively arrange for the best resolution possible. Responsible for providing follow-up calls or emails to the customer regarding the status and resolution of issues.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and/or Macintosh platforms. Gallery administration experience including related computer applications. Experience interacting with customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Friendly, courteous and articulate. Able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling a wide variety of tasks. Excellent follow-up detail and reliable self-starter. A plus if you have Web, imaging, or Windows and/or Macintosh networking and application installation and configuration experience. PART-TIME OFFICE MANAGER / SALES ASSISTANT / RECEPTION
Point person to the art world. Part time (approx. 20 hours per week) and partial benefits. Salary commensurate with experience. Opportunity for advancement.
Responsibilities: Light telephone, interaction with clients and vendors, maintaining client records, entering bills, package production and shipping assistance, and small office management (maintaining and ordering office supplies, packaging supplies, etc.).
Requirements: Solid experience with Windows-based computer applications, telephone systems, and customer interaction. Experience with fine art or antiques galleries and/or arts administration a plus.
